

Jason is a graduate of the University of Colorado – Boulder with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. Prior engagements include membership on the University of Colorado Real Estate Council, Colorado Chapter of NAIOP and finalist for Top Small-Office Broker. Jason is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Brokers, is active in the Colorado Thought Leadership program with consistent involvement on the Advisory Board of Strategic Connections. His breadth of knowledge encompasses underwriting, acquisition, re-development, and disposition of commercial property, providing invaluable insight to prospective asset purchasers and owner occupants of commercial property. Jason has established himself as an expert relative to office and commercial real estate needs in the Denver metro area. His understanding of tenants’ operational goals and economic needs combined with his knowledge of landlord requirements and sensitivities enable him to provide his clients with the utmost value. Since the inception of his career, Jason has personally negotiated and completed leases totaling over 3 million square feet. Jason Bollhoefner has over 21 years of experience in the Denver commercial real estate market and has successfully completed over 800 lease and sale/purchase transactions. Tanner is a Colorado outdoor guy and is passionate for skiing and snowboarding, mountain, road and gravel cycling, and endurance car racing with sanctioning bodies ChampCar and World Racing League. He began his career in commercial real estate at Frederick Ross, now Newmark, then to Rare Space prior to founding Benchmark Commercial in 2013. Tanner is a graduate of Kansas State University, Go Cats! with a Marketing and International Business Degree with a Minor in Economics. Benchmark is a supporter and member of Jeffco EDC, sponsor of CompanyWeek and is a shareholder in Exis Global, an international tenant and buyer rep strategic partner organization. Tanner and his wife mentor engaged couples through their church and have one daughter, two sons, and a black lab. Tanner is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Managing Broker, member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Brokers, is the President of the Denver Advisory Board, Past President of the Front Range Chapter of Strategic Connections, is an assistant Scout Master for both boys Scout Troops, is a proud Eagle Scout and was a top 10 finalist in the 2019 Top Small-Office Broker.
